Feature
Axial spherical roller bearings are single row, self-aligning roller bearings. By the shaft ring, seat ring and asymmetrical drums with a cage-shaped roller components. The cage roller and cage assembly and shaft ring together.

Axial and radial load carrying capacity
Since the load bearing axis is angled from one raceway to another raceway, so the thrust-aligning roller bearings can withstand the radial load in addition to, but also can withstand very high axial forces and to allow relatively high speed.

Angle misalignment compensation
Axial spherical roller bearings allow the shaft and the seat ring relative inclination and the ability to compensate for misalignment, deflection and deformation of the bearing shaft, which is adjustable in position relative to its central core point of view, as follows:

lubrication
These bearings do not have pre-filled grease. Generally use oil lubrication. In some cases, it can be lubricated with grease containing EP additives. If the bearing grease fill, we can guarantee the ribs and roller end contact area sufficient lubrication.

operating temperature
Axial spherical roller bearings are suitable for operating temperature range of -30 ℃ to + 200 ℃, and limited by the lubricant.
