Angle misalignment Compensation

Single row deep groove ball bearing is limited for misalignment compensation, so the bearing must be accurate positioning. Misalignment will lead roller in bad rolling condition, bearing internal stress be increased, so the life of bearings be shortened. In order to limit the additional stress of bearing in low range, for single row deep groove ball bearing allow only a tiny angle(depending on the load size).

Due to its internal structure, double row deep groove ball bearing no misalignment compensation ability. When using this bearing, it is not allowed to appear tilt angle.

Open bearing is suitable for high speed and ultra-high speed operating condition.

Suffix 2Z means both sides are gap seal, suitable for high speed running condition.

Suffix 2RSL、2RZ、2RS1、2RSH means both sides lip seal, using rubber NBR seals, suitable for medium speed.

Lubrication

The open type for Single row deep groove ball bearing is lubricated by grease or oil lubrication. Deep groove ball bearing whose both sides with gap seal or lip seal be filled with high quality oil, using for lifetime.

Double row deep groove ball bearing without sealed be filled high quality grease.

Matched bearing

For single bearing with insufficient capacity, or shaft axial clearance must be given as a two-way axial positioning, KMR can supply matched single row deep groove ball bearings. According to different demand, matched bearing can be divided different configuration, such as series connection、face to face and back to back. To install the bearings in the case of each other be closed, Load will be evenly distributed between bearings, no need to use gaskets or other similar devices.
