Features

Four point contact bearings are single row angular contact ball bearings, specially designed raceways enable it to withstand axial load in both directions, the radial load is a percentage of the axial load. These bearings share the less axial space than double row angular contact ball bearing. KMR four-point contact ball bearings and standard range includes QJ2 QJ3 series.

Bearing composed by outer ring, split inner ring, balls and cage assembly, cage being made of brass or polyamide material. Split inner ring can accommodate as many as balls. Double half-bearing inner ring is specific match, even if the same size bearings can not be split with another bearing inner ring interchangeable. The bearings are separable design, ie the outer ring even ball - cage assembly and two-piece inner ring can be installed independently.

At high temperatures, the aging of lubricants and oil additives can reduce the operating life of the plastic holding frame. We must comply with oil change intervals.

Other forms can supply cage by consensus.

Operating temperature

KMR four-point contact ball bearings undergo a special heat treatment, equipped with steel, brass or PEEK cage bearings, it can operate at temperatures up to + 150 ℃. Four point contact ball bearings with brass cages suitable to operating temperature range of -30 ℃ to + 150 ℃. Bearing diameter than 240 mm, dimensionally stable temperatures up to + 200 ℃. With glass fiber reinforced nylon cage bearing maximum operating temperature up to + 120 ℃.
