Single row contact ball bearing is integral bearing, including: Solid inner ring and outer ring、ball and cage. Cage is made of nylon、pressing steel or brass. The raceway of inner and outer ring can shift according to bearing axial. Bearings are divdided into open and seal design. The angle adjustment function is very limited.

KMR improved the raceway geometry and surface was optimized. These are significantly improving the bearing load for fatigue. To calculate the modified bearing rated life, can get 50% higher values. In applications, it means can design more compact and small bearings. KMR single row angular contact ball bearings can provide two forms: the basic design bearings(cann’t be used as a general distribution), only for a single bearing configuration; general group bearings.

The bearing capacity for radial and axial

Single row angular contact ball bearings can bear the one-way axial force and the larger radial force. It must be axially adjusted relative to the adjacent image to install another bearing.

The axial capacity depends on the contact angle. The bigger for contact angle, the greater for the bearings can bear axial load. The contact angle for Angular contact ball bearing can be 40°，so it can bear a large axial load.

Basic design

The basic design for single row angular contact ball bearing according to regular grade standard to make, mainly used in each position of only one bearing configuration.

The bearing design for general distribution group

The bearing design for general distribution group of single row angular contact ball bearing is through special processing, when bearing is installed close to each other, any combination can be established internal clearance or preload, and average load distribution, no need gaskets or similar device. The bearings for general distribution group with suffix to say a set of bearing internal clearance(CA、CB、CC) or preload(GA、GB、GC) before installation.

When ordering general distribution group of bearings, is required for a single bearing to indicate the quantity, rather than the number of bearing group.

Paired bearings be used in: when a single bearing load capacity is insufficient(using the serial configuration) or need to bear the axial load in two directions.(Using back to back or face to face configuration).

In series configuration, the radial and axial load shared equally by two bearings, bearing group only can bear axial load in one direction. If need to bear axial load in the other direction, must increase the quantity in bearing configuration.

In back to back configuration, the bearing load lines separate to bearing axis. Bearing group can bear the effect of axial load in both directions, but each bearing can only carry axial load in one direction. Back-to-back configuration is higher bearing configuration rigidity, can bear the overturning moment.

In face to face configuration, the bearing load lines separate to bearing axis.Bearing group can bear the effect of axial load in both directions, but each bearing can only carry axial load in one direction. Face to face configuration lower rigidity than back-to-back configuration, is not suitable for overturning moment.

Seal

The suffix 2RS means bearing with lip seal on both sides. RS contact sealed to prevent dust、pollutant and moisture intrusion.

Lubrication

Sealed bearing with high quality grease, which can satisfy the bearing work well in working life. No sealed bearings or only one side of the sealed bearing no giving grease at the very beginning. They can use grease or oil lubrication.

Working temperature

KMR angular contact ball bearings using special heat treatment, with steel、brass or PEEK cage, it can run with temperature more than 150℃.

Equipped with nylon cage bearing can run with temperature more than 120℃. The character of cage is not affected by general rolling bearing lubricants, but some synthetic oil or grease using synthetic oil as base oil and grease contains lots of extreme pressure additives lubricants in high temperature applications.

We also provide other cages, such as punching steel cage, suffix J; or machine cutting steel cage, suffix F.

Note: check the nylon for synthesis and Chemical stability of lubricant containing extreme pressure additives.

Under high temperature, aging lubricating oil and additives in oil can reduce the working life of nylon cage.

Must be strictly in accordance with the replacement cycle of lubricating oil.
