Feature

Spherical roller bearing are double row, self-retaining units comprising solid outer ring with a concave raceway,solid inner ring and barrel rollers with cage . The inner ring have cylindrical or tapered bores .The symmetrical barrel roller orient themselves freely on the concave outer ring raceway . As a result , shaft flexing and see compensation of angular misalignment .

Design

KMR Spherical roller bearing design : open bearing ,sealed bearing , spherical roller bearing for vibrating machinery .

Open bearing

KMR spherical roller bearing different for each design : The place of floating guide , the design different for the inner ring and the cage .

CC type design consist of symmetrical rollers , two pieces stamped steel cages ,inner ring without rib .the floating through two rollers .

CA type design consist of symmetrical rollers , machined brass or steel cages , inner ring with rib on both sides .

E type design consist of symmetrical rollers, floating guide ring through the double row roller , inner ring without rib,two sheet steel cages, The dynamic load rating average prolonged 25%~35%. So at the same condition, the rating life of E type bearing is 2.0~3.5 times than old design.

KMR provide spherical roller bearing with seals design , On both side of bearing have contacted seal ring , Seal ring is made from oil resistant and wear-resistance rubber with the steel frame.

Spherical roller bearing for vibrating machinery

Vibrating applications , such as vibrating screens or exciters, induce accelerations of rollers and cages in the bearings. This puts extra demands on the bearing design. For vibratory applications, KMR supplies spherical roller bearings with a cylindrical or tapered bore and surface-hardened stamped steel cages (series designations 223). These bearings have the same dimensions and performance characteristics as basic design bearings, but have C4 radial internal clearance as standard.The diameter of axial is within 40mm to 240mm .As convenient and easy for lubrication ,All bearings are equipped with an annular groove and three lubrication holes in the outer ring.

Depending on their size, KMR spherical roller bearings for vibratory applications are manufactured to one of following designs:

E/VA405 spherical roller bearings is consist of symmetrical rollers,  two surface-hardened stamped window-type steel cages which was centered on the inner ring , the floating guide ring located in the outside of the cage .

EJA/VA405 and CCJA/W33VA405 spherical roller bearings is consist of symmetrical rollers,floating guide ring through double row rollers and two surface-hardened stamped window-type steel cages which centered on the outer ring raceway.

Radial and axial load capacity

Spherical roller bearing can support axial forces in both directions and high radial forces .They are designed for very high load carrying capacity and science they have the maximum possible number of large and particular long barrel rollers, are also suitable for the heaviest loads. Due to the narrow osculation between the rollers and raceways , uniform stress distribution is achieved in the bearing .

Tapered bore bearing

Other spherical roller bearing inner ring has a tapered bore design. The bearing suffix K indicates bore taper 1:12, bearings 240 and 241 series have a bore taper 1:30 design, the suffix is K30 .

Lubrication groove and lubrication hole

To facilitate and easily lubricated, KMR spherical roller bearings with lubrication hole and lubrication groove.

There are one lubrication groove and three lubrication holes on the excircle of outer ring , the suffix is W33;

There are three lubrication holes on the excircle of outer ring, the suffix is W20;

Standard E-type design spherical roller bearings are with one groove and three lubrication holes, so suffix W33 not marked in the model .

Operating temperature

The operating temperature of Spherical roller bearings is up to + 200℃.The operating temperature range of spherical roller bearings with metal cage from -30℃to + 200℃.

The working temperature of bearings with glass fiber reinforced nylon cage applicable up to + 120℃.
